    For individuals: it pinpoints where your day-to-day habits support or hinder your goals and identifies your Primary Gap and Secondary Gap across the six domains. You also receive a one-line definition of the Primary Gap in plain language.


    For organizations: it creates a shared language and an evidence-based map of team strengths and gaps. Leaders see anonymized patterns by cohort or function and can align development to the highest-leverage domains.

  • Who is it for?

    Individuals, emerging leaders, and organizations that want a common language and a data-informed plan for development.

  • Is this a personality test?

    No. It measures work behaviors and habits, not traits. It is a practical diagnostic to guide learning and coaching.

  • How does it work, end to end?

    1. Take the assessment online.
    2. Receive a results profile with domain scores and a Gap Index.
    3. Review recommended actions and learning pathways.
    4. Optionally add a facilitated debrief and report to translate insights into a plan.
  • How long does it take?

    About 8 to 12 minutes.

  • How often should someone retake it?

    Every 4 to 6 months is ideal. That cadence balances real growth time with momentum.
