About The Leadership Accelerator

The BridgeWork Academy Leadership Accelerator is a three part immersive experience designed to equip, empower, and connect emerging leaders who are ready to invest in their purpose-driven careers.

What's Included

When potential is there, but leadership readiness is uneven.

  • Hybrid cohort experience: 2 days in person + 1 day virtual.


  • Facilitated sessions grounded in practice and application (not lecture-based).


  • Small-group engagement and real-time coaching.


  • The Gap Assessment (BridgeWork’s signature assessment to identify high-impact growth areas).


  • Manager/Sponsor Debrief with recommended next steps to reinforce learning on the job.

Tiered per-participant pricing

Participants leave with practical tools they can use immediately, and a shared language that strengthens collaboration, accountability, and leadership readiness.

  • $400,000 or less: $1,000 per participant


  • $400,001 to $799,999: $1,250 per participant


  • $800,000 or more: $1,500 per participant


Participants must be sponsored by an organization to participate in the cohort experience.

Strengthen how you show up and move through your organization by building the relationships and strategy that shape opportunity.

Leading With Integrity: Authenticity and Conflict

Build the skills to stay grounded in your values while addressing tension directly, preserving relationships, and moving work forward.
